27th August 2010: Sniffer dog finds illegal stoways in £100k yacht
Wagtail UK Ltd saw continued sucess this week in its operations in the UK Border Agency contract. Sniffer dog Buddy, detected four illegal immigrants hiding in the tiny luggage hatch of a £100,000 yacht attempting to pass through Calais. The find was further evidence that illegal immigrants are continually becoming more sophistaicated in their ways of attempting to cross borders undetected. The use of sniffer dogs in such scenarios continues to be successful enabling the authorities to keep one step ahead.
